Today suppose to settle e pay matter which i work last wk de ~ the boss damn niao sia ~ she like dun wanna pay me my pay sia ~ hais she nw wanna deny she didnt employ me at all ~ she say i m friend friend say wat i jus helping her ~ omg sia she wanna play like tat ~ i go her be her maid i do cleaning tis all n still tio scolding by her then she say e most is $5 per hr tell me take it or leave it ~ then i shoot her back u ask me do tis n tat i do le then u come scold me i nv argue ~then i work over 44 hrs she nv gif me OT then i employ e job is do packing nt be maid be clinic helper nt chef nt clerk ~ she ask me do some many task n jus wanna pay me $5 per hr which is nt fair n wanna cut my hrs becoz she's late everytime we meet her ~ is nt fair at all lo ~ then still say wat $5 for me is alot i keep seat dwn there do nth ~ make me more boil i dun really haf chance to seat dwn lor ~ i keep cooking clean kitchen tis all then she call me then i mus go do tis n tat ~ i already lost my pride in e job already ~ then she wanna pay me so low ~
So i and daniel was very angry ~ we went to Aljuni police post to ask for advice ~ coz we suspect her trying to scam us ~ she like dun wanna pay us ~ then e police say if we meet her n she dun pay us e amount we think we deserve we can lodge a report against her or file report to MOM ~ coz she has break alot of rules like a person is nt allowed to work more than 44 hrs per wk if he or she work more than 44 hrs per wk the remain hrs should be 1.5 times more than e rate ~ is consider like OT ~ n then part time worker actually cant work more than 30 hrs per wk~ Sat is a half working day ~ if she wan us to work sat whole day she should pay more ~ all tis law she jus duno ~ but i noe ~ coz i read MOM legisation ~ We told her we will file charges against her ~ Then she scare ba she go find e agency to talk to us ~ Then nw become e agency told us they will pay us directly instead of her ~ then we went to agency place to talk face to face ~ she agree tat my boss is too weird ~ she told us nt to wrry coz she will help us gt wat we deserved ~ then i ask her wat she dun wanna pay u all ~ she say they will jus send lawyer letter to them straight ~ nw become agency is our shield heng sia ~ nw felt much betta but e pay wont be in so soon ~ hais being quite stressful over these payments stuff for these few days ~ coz tis boss too stingy already wanna scam us dun wan pay ~ So guys n girls if u gt such prob dun hesistate to see e police or report to MOM coz nobody haf e rite hired u to work n dun pay u de ~
